My name is Shawneen Rubay
With over 30 years of experience teaching children’s classes, Shawneen Rubay is dedicated to revitalizing the timeless art of etiquette. Her passion for this mission brings a fresh, vibrant perspective to the subject, blending modern sensibilities with classic principles. Shawneen empowers her clients to build confidence, forge meaningful connections, stand out, and unlock their full potential, both personally and professionally. Before launching All Valley Etiquette, Shawneen was a respected businesswoman and active community member with years of experience as a special events coordinator. She has also worked with several nonprofit organizations in Santa Clarita, Burbank, and Los Angeles, bringing her expertise in events and fundraising to the table.
Her experience as an Events Coordinator gave her unique insight into the etiquette and educational needs of her community. Coordinating events plays a significant role in shaping etiquette, as it sets the tone for how guests interact and navigate social situations. The process of organizing an event involves careful attention to detail, from the invitations and seating arrangements to the flow of conversation and dining etiquette. Event coordinators often establish the expectations for behavior, ensuring that guests feel comfortable, respected, and aware of the social norms in play.
